The offer is reserved only for adults over the age of 18.
Cancellation Policy
-If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
-In case of cancellation or changes made after this deadline or no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged.
Deposit: A deposit equal to the first night's stay is required and will be taken from the credit card provided at the time of booking.
Prepayment:
The Management reserves the right to withdraw the amount of the entire stay at any time after booking.
Early Departure:
Customers who, for whatever reason, bring forward the date of their departure, must pay the entire stay until the date previously reserved and will not be entitled to any refund.
Room Changes:
When circumstances make it necessary and unavoidable, the Management reserves the right to change your reserved room for another, while fully recognizing it's obligation to provide alternative solutions with equal or better economic conditions. Lack of acceptance by the guest shall commit the Management to refund solely the amount received as deposit.
